Zuckerberg's Wedding

Getting married was a smart financial move for Mark Zuckerberg the Facebook owner. The couple signed a prenuptial agreement where Zuckerberg and Chan agreed how exactly to split their assets in case of a divorce. Chan could potentially have claim to much larger portions of assets such as a big chunk of Zuckerberg's $20 billion in Facebook shares. With making the prenuptial agreement before getting married, this way if a future divorce is ever possible Zuckerberg wont get screwed out of all his money. Zuckerberg and Chan met as undergraduates at Harvard University in 2004. The two love birds are now living in their new home in Palo Alto, California where they were just recently married on Saturday May 19th.

Man Sets Himself on Fire

In Oslo Norway, an unidentified man was seriously injured while lighting himself on fire outside a courthouse where extremist Andres Behring Breivik is being tried on terror charges for a bombing and shooting massacre that killed 77 people on July 22nd. Police say the man had no connections with the trial. Before the incident, the man dropped by the Norwegian lawyer Benete Roli's office where he left some "confusing" notes. "The man was very disturbed. He had nothing to do with the July 22nd events." Roli said. Eye witnesses say that they saw the man walk to to place while fire was shooting out of his sweater and hat while yelling, "shoot me, it hurts." in a Scandinavian language. He then ran towards security towards the courthouse but then fell to the pavement at the entrance while shouting in pain as police officers tore off his burning sweater. Just goes to show ya if you light yourself on fire, its most likely gonna hurt.

12-Year-Old Forced to Wear Diaper for Bad Grades

A mother and her boyfriend shaved the head of her 12 year old daughter and then forced the girl to wear a diaper and run up and down outside outside their home near Minneapolis because she wasn't getting good grades in school. Police arrested the women and her boyfriend of suspicion of malicious punishment of the child. Police say the mother and boyfriend were laughing histarically as they were taken away in the squad car on the matter. A neighbor called the police when a group of over 50 people were watching the girl run around in a diaper begging to be let back inside. The girl and her 3 younger siblings are currently now in foster car as her mother still is in the county jail. When police asked the mother and boyfriend why they were punishing their daughter, the responded with "because she wasn't getting as good of grades in school." What creeps.

Make Your Organ Donations Facebook Official

Facebook's chief executive officer Mark Zuckerberg is urging Facebook members (which is the world's biggest social networking site) to share their organ donation status online. Mark Zuckerberg is hoping that this could help aim to spur more donations and to reduce wait times on transplants. As of now, Facebook users can add donation plans onto their profile to say if they are organ donors or not etc. According to Facebook, more than 114,000 people in the U.S. and millions more worldwide are waiting for a life-saving heart, liver or kidney transplant. On average 18 people per day die because there aren't enough organs for transplant. With now people able to say whether or not you are a donor online, Facebook hopes that this can promote and cause more life-saving opportunities.

$60 Light Bulb

How much would you pay for an efficient, environment friendly light bulb? Shoppers will be asking themselves this question starting on Earth Day-with the bulb that won a $10 million government contest that will soon be going on sale. Congress launched this contest in 2007, with a goal of creating a new type of light bulb to replace the standard, energy-wasting "incandescent" 60-watt bulb. The contest decided that the winning bulb should be sold at least $22 in its first year in the market. This light bulb is the most energy-efficient yet, lasts about 20 years, and gives off an natural-looking light. Depending on where this bulb is found, its price range can range from $20-$60 dollars.
